Shipping Methods

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?

We offer flat rate $7 ground shipping on all orders within the U.S.

How fast is your shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our New York studio, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on U.S. holidays.

How much does international shipping cost?

We currently offer International 6-10 day shipping with tracking for $45, +$2.00 per item. If you think shipping is less to your country, please contact us for a quote: contact@theindigoshop.com

Do you offer FREE in-store pickup?

Coming soon! We are super excited to be opening our doors April 2018 to our first flagship studio + boutique. In-store pickup will be available- stay tuned!

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Not amped on your purchase? Reach out: contact@theindigoshop.com. Then, ship it back to us or return in-store. Items must be in new condition, with original tags, never worn or washed. If you ordered online, please have your receipt or order number handy.

You have 28 days from the order ship date to get the return back to our studio in New York. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, custom work, lingerie, art, and sale items are final sale.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?

If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please contact us prior to sending back the item, so we can check availability before processing your exchange. 

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed, and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can be credited back to the original form of payment or given as credit. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
